Job description
* Recruit and Prospect
* Wiling to complete orientation fully and within the required time frame
* Ability to understand client's needs and do what is right for the client
* Ability to duplicate orientation system exactly as taught and train new members of own team
* Wiling to establish a relationship with clients and fellow associates
* Accountable to team and senior leadership
* 100 % commission based
* No experience necessary, All training will be provided
